Brinderpal Khara

Brinder qualified as a Notary Public is 2006 and became a Solicitor in 1997. She has over 25 years legal experience and practices as a Family Law Solicitor with Setfords Solicitors and a Notary Public at Notary Public Desk & City Notary Public. She has extensive experience of a wide range of notarial documents and provides notarial services daily.

Safina Din

Safina began her legal career after graduating with a First-Class Honours Degree in Law. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and specialised in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law and Immigration Law. These are areas she continues to practise. She became an accredited Duty Solicitor at Court and at the Police Station in 2001 and continues to practice as a Duty Solicitor helping those that are vulnerable and in difficulties. Safina is presently an Independent Chair for NHS England, an Expert in Disability, and a former Panel Member and Panel Chair for Redress Scotland to do with the making decisions on applications following the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry. She has a strong commitment to supporting and empowering individuals to make informed decisions within the parameters of the law.

Safina qualified as a Public Notary, as she was keen to complement her existing legal practice. She found that notarial work offered her the chance to work in multi-lingual and multicultural contexts to assist clients who required support with overseas legal matters in the areas of family, property, probate and commercial law. Safina can deal with a variety of notarial documents and is able to provide notarial services daily.

Aside from legal practice, Safina provides legal training to solicitors, barristers and other legal professionals as a Senior Academic in Law within the Higher Education Sector. She holds various teaching qualifications including a Masters in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a qualified External Examiner having completed the External Examiner Course through Advance HE.

Safina is also a trained Mediator having completed a qualification with UK Mediation and has provided coaching services to students, trainees and staff over the years.

In addition to English, Safina is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, Mirpuri and Urdu.

Outside of work, Safina enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, attending the theatre and reading.
