Safina is a Solicitor, Notary Public, Mediator, Legal Academic, Disability Expert, Independent Chair for NHS England and experiencedLegalCoach. She is an accredited Duty Solicitor both at Court and at the Police Station. Safina specialises in Family Law, Criminal Law, Immigration Law and refers to herself as a general practitioner Solicitor. She is passionate abouthelping those in crisis and facing challenging legal issues, taking a holistic approach to problem solving. Safina is a firm believer in legaleducation and social justice and believes that every person needs to understand their legal rights to navigate the legal system. She brings clarity and compassion to even the most complexlegaldebates and is well known for her ability to solve the most complex problems using common sense and formulating an effective legal strategy for clients.


Brinder Khara

Brinder is a Solicitor, Notary Public, and Legal Commentator known for her sharp analysis and interest in the ethical, cultural, and societal dimensions of the law. With a deep commitment to justice and public engagement, Brinder challenges conventional thinking while grounding every discussion in practical reality. Brinder specialises in Family Law, including Divorce, Separation, Nuptial Agreements, Domestic Abuse, Children Act Matters, Financial Relief on the breakdown of a relationship, Travel Consents and many more niche areas.
