Legalisation & Apostille Service


Legalisation is the process whereby the signature and seal of a Notary Public is verified and confirmed as genuine by an independent authority. Most countries require the apostille which is issued by the Foreign & Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO). Some countries also request the documents are legalised by their London Embassies.


City Notary Public can assist and guide you through this process and we utilise the services of Consular Agents to handle this aspect.  We offer a one stop service and send documents to the Consular Agents on your behalf. Additional fees are payable for this service.
